About Michelle
I am a coach, a survivor, and a woman who knows—deeply—that healing is possible.
My life has taken me through experiences that many people could never imagine: serious illness, violent trauma, profound personal loss, and the experience of war. I have known fear, grief, and heartbreak firsthand. I have also known what it means to rebuild when everything familiar has fallen away.
I did not arrive at this work through textbooks. I arrived here through life.
Through my personal traumas, I learned that resilience is not about being unbreakable—it is about choosing to rise, again and again, even when you feel shattered.
It is about learning how to breathe in the middle of pain, how to trust yourself again, and how to create a future that honors what you’ve been through without
being defined by it.
Today, I stand not as someone who “got over” these experiences, but as someone who has integrated them. I have done the inner work. I have learned how to listen to my body and my heart. I have transformed survival into wisdom and pain into purpose.
My coaching is grounded in:
